1 General Terms & Conditions

Tk339 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between tk339 and its users.

Tk339 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on tk339 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 50,000 (fifty thousand) — though this limit may be increased for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Tk339 may place withdrawals on hold pending verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

Tk339 does not charge any hidden fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which tk339 bears no responsibility.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk339 offers a variety of bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully.

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be used. This is typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gameplay.
• Using the same bonus offer more than once is not permitted.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• After receiving a bonus, restrictions on specific games or betting limits may apply.
• Tk339 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Bonus abuse — such as multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses or using fake accounts to claim referral bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account termination.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on tk339:

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed — cash-out may be available in certain circumstances only.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, tk339 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Official or government sources will be treated as the final authority in determining event outcomes.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is illegal, and tk339 has zero tolerance for such activity.
• Betting involves the risk of loss — tk339 does not guarantee winnings under any circumstances.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk339 platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to steal or tamper with the platform's code, software, or data.
• Initiating chargeback fraud or payment disputes.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Tk339 takes the protection of your personal information seriously. We will never sell your data to third parties.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Tk339 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or mobile number.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the revised terms, you will have the option to close your account.
